This is my latest Design Build project... a residential art and photography studio. Everything is custom built and it is every bit as nice as any New York Gallery I have been in. The center island has wide low drawers for papers and art supplies on the front side, and open shelves on the back side. The work surfaces are matte black which makes art work just pop in the halogen lights. I also built huge bulletin boards that I painted white with black frames for posting work in progress.
